1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as holidays or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building manager
  • Contacting the shipping carrier for more information
  • Filing a police report if theft is suspected

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will do our best to assist you with a claim or replacement.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide reliable and timely deliveries.
