Our Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@verypamperedpets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
